Information

Bailey is a warm and dedicated licensed master social worker in the state of Kansas. Bailey has spent the majority of her career supporting children and teens as they navigate some of life’s most challenging experiences. With a calm presence and an empathic, down-to-earth approach, she strives to create a space where young people—and adults—can feel truly heard, understood, and supported. She values authenticity in the therapy space and shows up as a real, human presence, believing that genuine connection is the foundation of meaningful healing.

Throughout her career, Bailey has developed extensive experience treating adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder. She is also deeply committed to helping individuals who struggle with self-harm or suicidal thoughts, offering a compassionate, steady, and skilled therapeutic environment where safety and understanding come first. She integrates evidence-based practices with a flexible, client-centered style, ensuring therapy is both effective and comfortable.

While much of her background is rooted in youth work, Bailey also enjoys working with adults seeking clarity, healing, and meaningful change. She values the unique stories each client brings and approaches therapy collaboratively—helping people identify their strengths, build practical coping skills, and create healthier patterns in their lives.

Whether helping a child build confidence, guiding a teen through transition, or supporting an adult seeking clarity and balance, Bailey is committed to fostering resilience, healing, and meaningful growth.
