Kayla Howard is a LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) who brings a compassionate, human-centered approach to her work, believing in showing up as a person first and a therapist second to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and understood. Kayla specializes in working with eating disorders—including anorexia, orthorexia, bulimia, and binge eating—as well as body dysmorphia and body image concerns, and she is passionate about helping clients build a more compassionate relationship with themselves. She also works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma, supporting them in developing insight, resilience, and effective coping strategies. In addition, she supports clients navigating early adulthood transitions, personality disorders, and experiences of domestic violence. Using a client-centered and evidence-informed approach, Kayla meets clients where they are while fostering meaningful, lasting change. Kayla approaches therapy with warmth, authenticity, and honesty, creating a space where clients feel supported and challenged. Bailey is a warm and dedicated licensed master social worker in the state of Kansas. Bailey has spent the majority of her career supporting children and teens as they navigate some of life’s most challenging experiences. With a calm presence and an empathic, down-to-earth approach, she strives to create a space where young people—and adults—can feel truly heard, understood, and supported. She values authenticity in the therapy space and shows up as a real, human presence, believing that genuine connection is the foundation of meaningful healing. Throughout her career, Bailey has developed extensive experience treating adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder. She is also deeply committed to helping individuals who struggle with self-harm or suicidal thoughts, offering a compassionate, steady, and skilled therapeutic environment where safety and understanding come first. She integrates evidence-based practices with a flexible, client-centered style, ensuring therapy is both effective and comfortable. While much of her background is rooted in youth work, Bailey also enjoys working with adults seeking clarity, healing, and meaningful change. DaKie Washington

DaKie Washington is an outpatient therapist with Guzman & Baker Behaviroal Health Services. He is originally from Manhattan, KS and attended The University of Kansas to pursue his Bachelors in Social Work (2016) and his Advanced Masters in Clinical Social Work (2017). He has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Kansas since 2024. He was an active participant on campus being involved in: Hawk Link program with the Office of Multicultural Affairs, Peer Advisor program within the Undergraduate Advising Center, TRIO-Student Educational Services, McNair Scholars Program, the Multicultural Scholars Program, and the Behavioral Health Scholars within the School of Social Welfare at KU. He is working towards becoming a Registered Play Therapist. DaKie specializes in Play Therapy Techniques,Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy among Children and Adults aged 3 and up. He has previous experiences working with the LGBTQIA+ Populations, Veteran Populations, Trauma Survivors, Children with Behavioral Concerns, and many more other populations. His previous experiences also include working with diverse student success programming, acute case management, and suicidality intervention. His interest include trying new foods, visiting local shops, and maintaining healthy mental health while being able to pass skills and knowledge to others.
