About
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missouri with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Missouri–Kansas City. Since 2012, I have provided compassionate, evidence-based care across community mental health, hospital, and hospice settings. I work with children, teens, and adults, helping clients navigate a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. My approach is collaborative and flexible, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. I am also pursuing certification as a MATCH-ADTC provider to further support youth and families through structured, research-supported interventions. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to make meaningful change.
