Rebecca Mills is a licensed master social worker in the state of Kansas. Rebecca has experience working with and supporting children and young adults. She has a passion for Native American youth and identifies as an Indigenous woman. She is an enrolled member of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma. She approaches each client with respectful curiosity as each person’s story and lived experiences are uniquely influenced by their cultural background.
Rebecca has a special interest working alongside children and young adults who are experiencing depression and anxiety while navigating life transitions. She values each person’s narrative and personal story while being trauma-informed and using strength-based approaches.
Rebecca holds a Masters degree from the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Social Work with an academic concentration in Mental Health. She was part of the Integrated Behavioral Health educational program at the University of Denver. She completed her practicum at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and Iora Health; a Primary Care Clinic now known as Amazon One Medical.
