Information
Rob Santel, LMSW is a licensed master social worker offering therapy services in Kansas. Rob holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Kansas and is currently under clinical supervision with Angela Guzman, LSCSW. He has spent his career in community-based mental health, housing stabilization, emergency shelter, and residential treatment.
Rob works with adolescents, adults, and families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and big life transitions. He has a heart for supporting people moving through severe mental health challenges, those adjusting after an inpatient stay, and the loved ones who walk alongside them. Rob also enjoys working with the LGBTQ+ community and with families involved in foster care and adoption, bringing both professional experience and personal perspective to that work.
In the therapy room, Rob shows up as warm, approachable, and real. He blends humor with honesty, and draws on his background in case management to help clients become their own best problem solvers. His recovery-focused approach is grounded in hope, connection, and the belief that every story holds strength worth building on.
